Participates in the development of the proposal process, structure and format, win strategies, competitive analysis, requirement matrices and proposal presentation. Provides guidance to proposal team on pre-proposal and proposal methodologies. Develops proposal outlines, schedules and themes. Reviews, edits and writes portions of the proposal. Coordinates, assembles, checks and/or schedules administrative functions in support of the production of assigned proposals.

Requires Bachelor's degree.

Requires minimum 8 years experience.

Strong technical knowledge, with a good understanding of telecom products and services.
Must be able to understand complex proposals and how various aspects impact each other.
Must have proven track record of meeting objectives. Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
Team player with ability to work with people from various backgrounds. Ability to see all sides of a deal (legal, sales, services, technical and financial aspects) and understand how they impact each other.
Takes a logical and orderly approach to analyzing problems, organizing work and planning actions.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is required
Frequent overtime will be a definite requirement
Working on projects and proposals to the US Government is a plus
Must be a US Citizen
Travel will be required.
