Sr Statistical Analyst-CHR - (SY10249)

SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting Retail group and CHR Sales by enabling or conducting statistical analyses related to program evaluation and ad hoc analyses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct ad hoc analyses using prescription data and patient level data in support of retail and sales initiatives.
Counsel retail and sales organization as to appropriate advertising strategies and tactics using information and research findings.
Implements data extraction, transformation, and analysis programs for use by statisticians and researchers.
Project Manager for assigned initiatives including:
Orion, a web based analysis tool whose primary users are non-departmental employees.
Monitor the departments computer server resources
Serve as first line of support for Orion, Departments server resources, and SAS Software.
Identify new technology or processes that have the potential to improve service to our internal and external clients.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree required. Graduate preferred

EXPERIENCE:
5+ years directly related experience

SPECIAL SKILLS:
Pharmaceutical industry experience
Data analysis/data mining experience
3+ years experience using SAS software.
Understanding of SQL and data warehousing strategies
Ability to turn analytical concepts and processes from quantitative researchers into actionable programs quickly.Advanced analytical skills
