Statistical Analyst/Market Researcher

LoyaltyWorks, an Atlanta-based loyalty marketing and incentive company, seeks a unique individual with both market research and statistical analysis expertise for an immediate opening at our corporate office located in Buckhead.  This position requires strong statistical analysis skills, including experience in deploying SAS, SQL, advanced Excel and any ASP-based survey tools to create business intelligence from raw data.  Experience with statistical modeling and / or market research is required.  Experience with regression analysis is essential.  Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Decision Sciences or like field is required.  Master's degree in listed fields a plus.  2 or more years experience in market research / statistical analysis is necessary.

 

This position will be responsible for execution of marketing analytical functions to support marketing efforts; assisting with development of marketing strategies; assisting the marketing teams with setting goals and measurements; conducting analytical research and presenting actionable recommendations to account teams; championing database marketing and analytics which will allow the account teams to realize measurable improvements in prospecting and past guest growth; defining analytical requirements for account teams; developing analytical reporting for account teams and management; creating and presenting analyses ad hoc inquiries for management; conducting analytical initiatives; developing and completing customer profile and segmentation efforts; developing and performing modeling initiatives and developing test programs and incorporates learning for future initiatives; developing and implementing surveys; analyzing survey results and providing recommendations to account teams.  Importantly, communications skills (interpersonal and via PowerPoint) are critical to success in this role.
