The Strategy Director in our group is directly responsible for achieving or exceeding our clients? revenue goals by the analysis of donor/prospect databases, development of direct marketing plans, and interpretation of campaign results. As a Strategy Director, you will be assigned a portfolio of clients and be part of a full-service client account team.

Responsibilities

? Formulate direct marketing strategies that fully leverage our clients? databases and database information

? Devise offer and list segmentation strategies to achieve clients? business goals

? Develop annual and monthly database marketing plans (mailing calendars, results projections, etc.)

? Design and manage ongoing tests to optimize clients? marketing investment

? Track and analyze ongoing programs, evaluate return on investment of all programs

? Analyze long-term donor lifecycle migration and determine methods to achieve our clients? long-term revenue and donor growth goals

? Assist in new sales development

? Three to five years of experience in fundraising direct marketing is a plus.

? Three to Five years of experience managing direct marketing program development and execution.

?  Experience with Non Profit,  Fundraising  or Financial Services  industry helpful.

?  Bachelors degree
