We are looking for a new Studio Artist Manager. 

 Responsibilities

Displays and promotes a strong customer-service attitude as well as excellent communication skills.

 

Develops and maintains excellent working relationships with Staff, Peers, Account Service and Vendors.

 

Builds and maintains a team atmosphere within staff and between departments.

 

Identifies potential project issues and questions, and proactively propose or seeks out the correct solutions.

 

Estimate projects, printing and work with Finance to bill and close jobs.

 

Has the ability to design as well as do production work for print POP advertising and capable of training/managing staff to do the same.

 

Develops and modifies (as necessary) the optimum workflow and forms necessary for efficient production of N-Gen Pronto assignments.

 Qualifications

 

A minimum of 7 years experience within an agency, design firm, or in-house

graphics service or equivalent is desired.

Management experience.

Experienced with purchasing printing from vendors.

Must be detail orientated, with excellent organizational skills.

Hardware and software skills required:

    Macintosh platform

  Adobe Illustrator

    Photoshop

    InDesign

    Microsoft Word

    Microsoft Excel a plus
