Small two-person company involved in marketing and advertising and textbook writing needs charismatic, smart, enthusiastic, all-around capable person to take charge, organize the office, keep it running smoothly, and help handicapped owner. Salary negotiable, flexible hours (part or full-time), warm, happy environment, excellent summer job.  Office Manager/receptionist

 

Office organization/filing system management

Telephone answering/message management

Daily office maintenance/cleaning as needed

Office equipment management

Incoming/outgoing mail

Office calendar

Office supplies

 Light Bookkeeping

 

Monthly billing

Bank statements/account management

Daily filing of financial info

 Personal assistant

 

Scheduling appointments

Personal organization

Errands and driving for handicapped owner

Research/reading/learning

Tending to owner?s physical needs (blood pressure, balance, muscular pain and atrophy, dizziness, fainting)

 

Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel important. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Powerpoint, publishing software helpful; Good writing and speaking skills very helpful; good sense of humor essential.
