Must have prior advetising agency traffic experience - both hands on traffic as well as Management experience as well. Will oversee department - hire, train staff and freelancers - will determine staffing / freelancer needs- establish dept guidelines and procedures etc.

 

 

PERMANENT OPENINGS (#5 - #8)
(5) TRAFFIC MANAGER - ONCOLOGY ACCOUNT
(50 to 60K)
Immediate need at Boutique Pharmaceutical Advertising Agency.  Chance to be big fish in smaller pond.  Well established department needs to rapidly fill a position due to growth of business - new accounts - just won.  Must have prior ad agency traffic experience - will route materials: liase with account teams and creatives; attend client meetings; keep track of scheduling and help with billing.  Will have opportunity for rapid career advancement due to the size of this boutique agency and its rapid growth.  Must have prior supervisory experience as well. Opportunity to learn all aspects of account management as well and to work directly with pharma clients on a variety of print ads, detail pieces and patient materials.  We're looking for a sharp go-getter with strong traffic and project management skills. Prior Rx traffic experience required, either within an Rx agency or client side pharmaceutical company.


(6 & 7) TRAFFIC MANAGER - DIRECT TO CONSUMER DIVISION

(50K)
No specific therapeutic category experience needed. Must have a true love of traffic and at least 2 solid years of prior advertising agency traffic experience.  Pharma experience a huge + but not required.  Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple projects, priorites and deadlines. Person must be flexible and a team player. This is not an entry level position. These openings are in the DIRECT TO CONSUMER division and ideal candidates will have SIGNIFICANT DIRECT MAIL experience as well

 

(8) TRAFFIC COORDINATOR - CNS ACCOUNT

(40K plus paid overtime)

Only 6 months of prior traffic experience needed or a traffic internship duing school.  Should be familiar with timelines - estimates - scheduling - routing etc. Position rapidly promotable.

 

(9) TRAFFIC COORDINATOR - WHITE PLAINS - WESTCHESTER

(40 to 45K)

Client Side traffic opening. Must have prior experience in advertising or on the client side in traffic coordination.  Great company - flexible summer work schedule. Must live locally near White Plains or Westchester NY
