As Team Manager of our Mobile Energy Team covering Tulsa, OK, you?ll play a key role in recruiting an entrepreneurial team responsible for the creation and execution of a truly unique marketing program.  So, if you have the need to partner with people throughout the organization, bring it.  You?ll be in charge of managing the activities of our brand new Mobile Energy Team throughout the area.  Maybe you?ve seen them cruising around in the cool car with the can on top.  They?re the ones who find people in need of ENERGY, offer them a Red Bull, explain the product benefits and, hopefully, create new Red Bull believers. 

Your strong interpersonal skills will come in handy because we?ll need you to recruit, motivate and train new team members.  Does your current position challenge your strategic thinking skills as often as you?d like?  As Team Manager, you?ll be in charge of planning and scheduling all team activities.  It?s important that you have successfully managed teams and have been responsible for leading, mentoring and developing your people.  If you have promotional/field experience, specialty retail management and/or restaurant management experience, even better.  It?s also important to have excellent market knowledge of Tulsa, OK.
