Telephone Account Manager

Position Responsibilities:

Consultative inside sales position managing a module of 400 business customers who have an annual telecom spend of $15,000 to $100,00Responsible for managing the activity of the account team including the Account Executive, Sales Engineer, Implementation Specialist and Vendor Partners to deliver the complete line of Verizon voice, data, video IP and CPE products.Proactively manages the attainment of $1.8M to $2.2M annual revenueResolves customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for territory account planning and forecasting as well as customer retention and growth.

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferably in the telecom or related industryMinimum of  1 year experience working in a call center environment PC skills using MS Office Suite, LotusNotes

Desired Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
