Teleservices Manager

RTCRM ( http://www.rtcrm.com), a national relationship marketing agency, is seeking a Teleservices Manager to support our varied portfolio of business-to-consumer, business-to-business and pharmaceutical clients in our Washington, DC office. Our ideal candidate will possess the following:


 

Skills and Experience: 



* Experience developing and managing call center programs incorporating inbound and outbound applications as well as live agent and interactive technology.

* Strong knowledge of call center operations.

* Project management skills and experience.

* Skills in agent training and coaching.

* Experience managing call center service bureaus and developing call guides and training materials a plus.

 

Requirements:

* 2-4 years of relevant experience

* Call center channel experience

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent follow through skills

* Superior communication skills

* Affinity for numbers and reporting

* Enjoys working with people

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
