My client, a premier relationship marketing agency located in Washington, DC is seeking a Teleservices Manager to support a rapidly growing portfolio of Fortune 100 pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with agency and clients to develop inbound call center and customer experience strategy; act as liaison between vendor and client.Ensure call center programs are aligned with marketing strategy and overall objectives.Actively participate in program planning and review meetings.Build and maintain relationships with clients and call centers.Review and approve scripts and call flow; design and develop scripts and call flow as needed.

Experience required:

Experience managing client and vendor relationships.Superior written and presentation skills.Agency experience a plus.Ability to thrive in fast-paced team environment.Pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience a plus.
