Temporary Enrollment Specialists

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

This position is responsible for developing, scheduling, and conducting enrollment meetings for new and renewing National Accounts employer groups. Conducts enrollment meetings for new and renewing National Accounts employer groups on available insurance options, specific benefits, and enrollment regulations.  Completes all essential reports regarding employee and employer feedback in a timely manner. Complies with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity and Compliance Program policies. Maintains complete confidentiality of company related business.  Maintains effective communication with management regarding developments within areas of assigned responsibilities and performs special projects as required or requested. This is a 90 day temporary job assignment.

 



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1)  Bachelor's Degree in a business related field, or 5 years experience in the health insurance industry and/or delivering presentations to large audiences;  2) Effective organizational skills;  3)  Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including some overnight stays; 4) Must possess a valid driver's license; 6)  Must possess the electronic means required to fulfill administrative and reporting requirements from home:  PC and printer, high-speed internet access, Microsoft Word ?, Excel?, and PowerPoint?.

 

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1)Knowledge of insurance benefits and products. 2) Bi-lingual (Spanish) highly desirable.
