Total Rewards Manager

Job Summary:Ensures the growth of gaming revenues through flawless execution of all the functions performed at the Total Rewards Center. Manages, supervises and directs the Total Rewards staff. Supports the FOCUS strategy executing flawless service to all guests.
?College degree preferred.
?Five years experience in Operations, Marketing or equivalent field of which two years are in a supervisory capacity.
?Must have knowledge of the system programs/technology related to Total Rewards, player tracking, LMS, etc.
?Must have a financial background with the ability to understand and interpret a profit and loss statement.
?Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
?Must be able to remain calm and speak professionally when resolving customer complaints.
?Excellent administrative, interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building, and problem solving skills are required.
?Must be able to work any and all shifts, weekends and holidays. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
?Responsible for the execution of all aspects of the Total Rewards program, coupon and property promotional redemptions.
?Responsible for Total Rewards TPSS scores, constantly raising the bar of service delivery.
?Ensures that staff produces outstanding results against goals and measurements with program initiatives including, events, new enrollments, Total Rewards program enhancements and promotions.
?Executes programs to maximize gaming revenue and meet occupancy quotas for hotel and events.
?Works closely with the Advertising department in developing Total Rewards collateral, advertising and property-wide program communication plan.
?Assists the Events/Promotions department planning special events, Total Rewards functions and property promotions.
?Promotes all marketing programs including promotions, player programs and events to the employee base.
?Manages long term finances, including budget preparation, capital expenditures and analysis of financial performance.
?Supervises human resources development, hiring, promoting, disciplinary actions and terminations.
?Prepares and coordinates quarterly PAF review of assigned personnel.
?Administers department policies and procedures.
?Strives to improve and streamline departmental operations through the continuous assessment of policies and procedures, work process and program effectiveness/value.
?Maintains a highly professional work environment in the Total Rewards Center.
?Responsible for preparing departmental budgets and maintaining operations within approved budget.
?Assist in implementing and monitoring guest comping programs.
?Must make sound comping decisions.
?Performs the functions of hiring, training and developing employee skills; identifies and counsels employees on career opportunities; review employee?s performance and administer discipline.
?Maximizes awareness and utilization of the Total Rewards and WINet programs on a property-wide basis.
?Creates a club-wide point of sale and promotes Total Rewards enrollments, especially focused on new AEP level sign ups.
?Accepts responsibility of maintaining and supervising the Total Rewards process including functions of entering Rewards Credits and coordinating Reward Credit programs.
