Trade Marketing Director

Position Scope:

Provides sales and marketing staff support team in the areas of: trade marketing, demand management, promotion analysis, local marketing, sales reporting/controls, budget management, internal communications, brand development, development/distribution of sales tools/materials, and general sales and marketing related process management.

 

Qualifications:  

*  Min. 5-7 yrs. consumer packaged goods experience

*  At least three years in a trade marketing role, preferably with a snack foodcompany

*  Experience with multiple trade channels and geography

*  Demonstrated competencies in:

    - demand management/sales forecasting

    - account specific program management

- developing sales reports and controls

    - trade promotions/budget management and analysis

  - developing sales plans

  - creating promotional calendars

  - creating marketing materials

    - internal and external communication

    - Be able to work cross functionally

    - Build relationships

* Organize manual system

* Lead organization through change into automated system

* Be able to lead and drive process and change
