Tradeshow Manager

Our client in the Westwood area is in search of an Event Coordinator who is responsible for executing the entire registration process for exhibitors, paid conference, speakers, guests and expo attendees for all Canon domestic and international trade shows and conferences. This includes, but is not limited to: development and maintenance of databases, data analysis, design and implementation of customer service and fulfillment programs; pre-show operations planning and on-site execution; budget appropriation for all shows while meeting registration process functions for timeliness and accuracy; effective communications with outside vendors and in-house personnel.
