Traffic/Project Coordinator

Highly organized person that is attentive to details, and has strong organizational and time management skills in project management and vendor relations. Must have a strong understanding of the design and production process and proven experience in managing projects, workflow, and delivering projects on time.

 

Key roles and responsibilities of the Traffic/Project Coordinator include:Managing and scheduling the workflow of projects in and out of the Marketing Services group

?  Contact for and recorder of project initiation forms (PIFs) submitted to Marketing Services.

?  Opening new project job tickets, creating schedules, and assigning projects to designers.

?  Assisting the production manager in the selection and management of third party vendors, including designers, writers, and print vendors as necessary in the delivery of projects.

?  Liaising between designers and clients in gathering information and reviewing changes.

?  Updating all parties of project status and critical deadlines, and posting them on the group project status board.

?  Developing detailed status reports for all project delivery, communicating and tracking project milestones to production
and graphic design manager and Marketing Services director, and monitoring progress for all third party vendors
against plan.

?  Making recommendations for workflow and process improvements.

 Managing the process of updating existing collateral materials

?  Managing design requests and coordinating changes, approvals, and printing of marketing materials that need updating.

 Assisting and back-up support for the Fulfillment Coordinator

?  Handling customer requests, via phone and e-mail, for print and electronic marketing materials.

?  Coordinating print production and inventory management with the Marketing Services group.

?  Managing communication, article databases, and multiple customer lists.
