Job Function:

This position is a senior level position based in New York. This position will interact with all levels of management within corporate and related firms. It will also interact with all tax advisors, corporate  auditors and various government tax authorities and will have direct supervisory responsibility of one individual in Europe.

Job Responsibilities:

 

? Co-ordinate and facilitate compliance for corporate and its agencies with global transfer pricing legislation and internal transfer pricing policies. Applicable services and related fees are primarily for centralized management and marketing services.

? Provide guidance and assistance for the design and implementation of the corporate service fee system in compliance with US tax legislation and the requirements of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and Tax Administrations.

? Provide training and guidance to employees responsible for the systems design and implementation at each agency group.

? Provide guidance and input regarding the financial model used by each agency group to determine the appropriate service fee recovery.

? Provide guidance and input regarding the collation of contemporaneous documentation necessary to substantiate service the level of service fees.

? Provide transfer pricing guidance and input to the financial managers of the agencies.

? Provide analysis, management, the development of appropriate strategies and the preparation and provision of substantive documentation for transfer pricing issues in tax audits.

? Travel an estimate 20-35% within Europe, Latin America and the Far East.

 

Job Requirements:

 

? Undergraduate and advanced degrees in accounting.

? Tax accounting knowledge.

? A minimum of 5 years of direct transfer pricing experience.

? A minimum of 8-10 years of tax experience.

? A minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience.
