  VP, Associate Creative Director   As a VP, Associate Creative Director at Modem Media, you are the mentor and motivator of a creative group.  You serve as an expert on all aspects on your client business.  You effectively win pitches and gain client confidence as a leader who can be relied upon to flawlessly manage large-scale, cross channel deliverables.  As a manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of business, your creative team, and creative billability and utilization of art directors, copywriters and designers to ensure all team members? workloads are manageable.  Above all else, you and your team understand that achieving results in improving the creative product is a most important measure of success for Modem Media. You continually review and optimize results for every piece of creative your team works on to ensure the Modem Media standards of excellence are met. 

 

The role of VP, Associate Creative Director at Modem Media requires a bachelor?s degree, with emphasis in art direction or copywriting.  You should have at least five or more years of professional experience in an advertising or new media agency setting.  Along with robust interpersonal and presentation skills, you should be able to manage multiple projects with regards to budget, work-flow/web-development, and resources from start to finish.  The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment is a must.
