Description:
This position serves as a key liaison with a new oil partner and will be responsible for supporting the growth of their business card portfolio, ensuring marketing and financial/business plans are delivered.

Primary responsibilities:
o?Identify and implement strategic initiatives to drive profitable sales growth
o?Create appealing and innovative product concepts and communications
o?Develop and maintain marketing strategies with partner and internal resources
o?Analyze program results to improve performance and profitability
o?Create and manage project task plans to accomplish business plan objectives
o?Financial planning and forecasting -- ensure plan is achieved and recognize, anticipate and create solutions to financial short falls.
o?Develop and maintain positive business relationships with senior executives within the client's organizational structure.
o?Develop and manage a future sales force of five.
o?Maintain contract compliance including reporting requirements and service level agreements.




Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or Finance, MBA desirable.
Must have 7 years of experience in marketing, product and project management with at least 3-5 years of client/partner relationship management experience.? Private label credit or bankcard industry experience preferred.
The successful candidate will have strong analytic, leadership, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively and build consensus in cross functional teams and directly with the partner. Must have a high energy level, be self-motivated and have demonstrated creative problem solving abilities, strong relationship skills and a flexible style.
