Job Title:  Vice President / Senior VP

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities: Supports executive team and manages process and people within specific roles and teams. Responsible for managing a broad base of customer account(s), and multiple concurrent marketing projects to drive brand value for our clients, and profitable bottom line growth for ignition. Provides proactive leadership to teams for project management and execution. Selects and assigns team members as appropriate. Responsible for profitability of each project and for customer relationship. Responsible for coordination of teams with other company departments/functions. Communicates and drives adherence to company systems, policies and procedures in project execution. Also actively participates and contributes to the reengineering of company systems, policies and procedures which will improve the quality of marketing services delivered and the operating results.  Ensures the use of newly developed tools and technologies. Ensure that the training and development needs of staff members are addressed. Will assist business development in obtaining, cultivating, closing and managing new business

Additional:Ideal candidate will have experience in both entertainment and brand discipline. The position will pay between $90,000 - $120,000 depending upon the candidate.
