This position plans and directs all aspects of an the organization's marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives.  Identifies changes in the marketing environment or competitive strategies and evaluates, adjusts or redrafts the organization's marketing plan and philosophy accordingly.  Requires a bachelor's degree with a least  10 years of experience in the field.  Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures.  Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  Performs a variety of tasks.  Leads and directs the work of others.  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
