Vice President, Account Supervisor

Manpower International, which is the world's top professional search firm, is seeking to hire a Vice President, Account Supervisor- Healthcare for one of it's leading public relations clients.

Key Responsibilities:

You will act as a primary contact to major healthcare clients and/or pharmaceutical companies.

Serve as senior contact for clients, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of clients' business; develop strategy for implementing successful client programs.

Motivate team members by promptly reviewing work and providing constructive feedback; encourage teams to take advantage of training and development opportunities.

Help account team(s) work effectively and in the best interests of client(s); maximize agency's network of resources to enhance client services.

Take a leadership role in new business proposal development and presentations; work with account teams to build incremental business.


Key Requirements:

At least seven years of agency and/or corporate public relations experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, regulated environment. Skilled in public relations techniques, including media relations, working with third parties, and extensive writing abilities. Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, medical meeting and data promotion. Demonstrated ability to manage account teams, outside vendors and complex budgets.

Experience with women's healthcare issues, drug launches, issues management, website development and global communications preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree in a communications field desirable.
