Job Purpose:


Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

 

* Develops business development organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to functional strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.


* Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements;


* Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

* Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and potential.

 

* Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

* Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs.

 

*Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.

 

*Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with other company sales employees.

 

*Meets with key clients for maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals.

 

*Coordinates liaison between the sales department and other related units.

 

*Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.

 

*Ability to work in a high-paced, driven environment that mandates personal achievement while

  encouraging the success of the team.

 

 

Skills:

 

Proven experience in new business sales, teleservices industry a plus.

 

Highly motivated.

 

5 - 6 years sales experience in e-commerce

 

Effective communicator able to present business opportunities either in person or on the phone.
