Vice President of Marketing

Paycor, Inc. is the leading provider of payroll and human resource systems and services to small and middle market businesses.  Founded in 1990, it is now the largest privately-owned payroll service company in the United States.  Paycor remits taxes to every state, including Alaska and Hawaii.  In addition to its headquarters in Cincinnati, the Company has a sales presence in 13 cities and 8 states.

The Company has made the investment in management, sales hiring, training and infrastructure, proprietary software and products, and service capabilities and is poised to accelerate its growth while continuing to improve profit margins by leveraging its infrastructure.  The Company has been profitable for the past three years, and its revenues have grown at a compound annual growth rate of 35%.  Outsourcing of payroll and payroll-related functions is a growing trend and rising interest rates directly result in increased interest revenue.  The Company?s growth strategies aim for a 30% organic growth rate supplemented with acquisitions.

 

We are in search of a Vice President of Marketing with overall responsibility for leading the creation and execution of a range of programs that support Paycor?s growth and customer loyalty.  He or she will work collaboratively with other executives to set strategic direction and develop Paycor?s branded message.

 REQUIREMENTS  Seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of related B2B marketing experience that includes leadership and P&L responsibilities Technically savvy and experienced in e-communications, internet development etc. Creative problem solver with a bias for action 4 year degree in related field; advanced degree a plus Strong communications and presentation skills Experience managing multiple projects and outside vendors/providers Must like a high volume, fast paced environment
