In addition to being a premier catalog and e-commerce retailer of travel apparel and accessories, TravelSmith recently launched a new women?s apparel brand- Individual Original Style, which offers entirely original fashions designed to bring out a woman?s unique style.

 

TravelSmith is offering an outstanding career opportunity for a seasoned Vice-President of Marketing and E-Commerce to play a key senior management leadership role in the development and implementation of strategic marketing strategies for catalog, marketing partnership and e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities:

?  Develop, test and execute long term and short term circulation and e-commerce strategies to increase customer base, retention and customer lifetime value (LTV), and prospects.

?  Direct the development of catalog circulation plans that meet company financial targets.

?  Responsible for brand positioning to demonstrate clear brand differentiation in catalogs and on TravelSmith and Individual Original Style (ios) websites.

?  Ensure database integrity and comprehensive reporting capacity.

?  Own and manage overall marketing budget and execution according to the annual plan.

 ? Spearhead initiatives to improve catalog productivity and reduced costs.

?  Increase competitive advantage through ongoing assessment of catalog and e-commerce programs.

?  Develop and oversee execution of Public Relations programs to meet TravelSmith goals.

?  Oversee management of Marketing personnel- including establishing performance metrics/ measurements, recruiting and retention.  

 

Qualifications/Skills: 12+ years marketing and extensive circulation experience in direct marketing/catalog environment.Well versed in e-commerce, direct to consumer.Business savvy and strong analytical/financial acumen.Experience leading/managing others.Ability to think both strategically and tactically.Proficient in MS Office/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
