Video / Multimedia Manager 20777
Job Description: Manage daily operations of the Videography and Multimedia area as part of Disney's Photography, Video, and Multimedia Department with the Disney Event Group. Oversee and manage all aspects of creative project scope development, design and implementation. Act as a leader, mentor and coach for direct reports. Responsible for Convention and Weddings video/ multimedia product including financial parameters, quality control, and Client satisfaction.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
High school degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years Management experience with minimum 5 years in Creative Multi-media Design
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of group/convention/wedding market and related businesses or services
Demonstrated strong networking and partnering skills
Demonstrated strong organizational and planning skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a professional staff
Demonstrated strong negotiation and influencing abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage conflict/resolution
Proven ability to manage change, deal with multiple priorities and handle confidential information
Demonstrated strong problem solving abilities
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven knowledge of Photography/Video Graphics industry, technology and equipment
Proven knowledge of WDW Resorts and Theme Parks
Demonstrated computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Siebel, EPS
