Job Description:

 

This position is the central interface between AOS?s Power MOSFET Engineering, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.

 

Essential job functions include: Maintain accurate business forecast & work with Operations to manage supply and demand issues and planningOrganize, analyze, and present business and P/L to management (ASP, margin, technology, product type, application area, capacity)Create a growth strategy and business plan for the MOSFET product line to reach market share and growth targets based on an understanding of market trends, size, and growth opportunitiesManage world wide pricing and margin policiesDefine new products and prioritize parts in developmentMaintain and build product roadmapDevelop and maintain metrics to measure effectiveness of new product strategyGenerate product related documentation including PCNs, CARs, datasheets, press releases, sales toolsProduct launch and promotionSales training and customer visits

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

 Candidates for this position should have a BSEE and 10+ years of related Power Semiconductor Marketing experience.  The ideal candidate will be a team player, very organized and highly disciplined.Extensive travel to Asia will be required to drive the business and support our regional teams.  Mandarin speaking is strongly preferred.
