The WW Product Director will be responsible for global new product development marketing activities for Therapeutic electrophysiology (EP) products and services.  This includes designing, executing and analyzing VOC and market assessment activities and serving as the primary marketing lead with R&D.  This position is also responsible for building strong network with key opinion leaders; monitoring industry developments impacting business; conducting market analysis and monitoring competitive activity to define most pertinent needs-gap for product development.



A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline is required.  An MBA degree is preferred.  A minimum of 3 years experience in the medical device field is required.  A minimum of 3 years of product development (upstream marketing) experience is required.  Experience with radiofrequency ablation or Electrophysiology (EP) is preferred.  A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience is required.  Six Sigma green belt certification or higher is preferred. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills are required.  Clinical aptitude is required.  Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills are required.  Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel software is required. This position requires a minimum of 30% domestic and international travel.
