Warranty Analyst

support one of our division's warranty administration.

 

Primary Function:  Assures the accuracy and quality of Leach warranty claims that are reimbursed by LaBrie to dealers and national accounts.





Essential Duties:

 Claim review Reviews claims that are reimbursed by LaBrie for Leach products. Verifies that claims are being administered by LaBrie using agreed-upon  warranty processing rules and  controls. Assures claim entry into the Manage Pro 2000 (ROI) system. Investigates high dollar claims and brings inconsistencies to the attention of management Provides  pre-authorization for LaBrie warranty claims. Monitors and assures the accuracy of extended warranty reimbursement. Assures the accuracy of dealer and National Account open claim requests for reimbursement.

 Warranty Analysis Tracks weekly reimbursement of warranty. Tracks and reports trends, ?it's? reporting, and inconsistencies. Forecasts warranty trends and reports spend vs. reserves. Manages claim reimbursement to pre-established warranty reserve allocation. Tracks and reports high claim and warranty dollar dealers and national accounts. Reports causes of above average cost dealers and national accounts.Audit Periodically performs physical audits of claim documents and related controls at the Appleton LaBrie facility. Periodically examines dealer and National Account supporting documents for dealer and national account high dollar or repetitive claim categories.

 

Minimum Qualifications (Education and/or Experience):

 College degree. Excellent analytical skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent customer handling skills. Other education and experience in service, engineering, or maintenance related fields may be considered in place of the above requirements. Travel may be necessary up to 20% of the time to support field audit.
