General Job Summary
The Web Analyst - Advertising would be responsible for collecting, analyzing and communicating relevant marketing or product information for our online media advertising products and for understanding and providing strategic weekly and monthly analysis to monitor online advertising products? performance, e.g. impressions, clicks, CTR, inventory delivery, track trends, etc. This individual will communicate key findings from reports and analyses to respective product managers on a regular basis to make informed business decisions, be proactive at identifying opportunities to expand or improve the advertising products based on company goals and objectives. The Web Analyst would monitor clients? online media campaigns performance based on clients goals and objectives, as well as, interact with the other members of the web analytics teams, advertising product group, advertising operations and online advertising sales teams.
Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, create and format reports and provide quality assurance Strong analytical and reporting skills, must be able to understand and analyze marketing campaigns data Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing strategies.Experience with ad serving or campaign management software, DART, Mediaplex, AdSuite, etc.Exhibit general understanding of marketing principles. Positive ?can-do? attitude Strong track record of setting and achieving goals
Required Skills, Attributes & Education
Knowledge of the online advertising industry Background in/experience with online media buying or online media planning Strong Excel skills including formula and trending charts development Has the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects based on business needsBachelor?s degree in marketing, advertising, business, economics or mathematics preferred At least 1 year in an analytical/statistics focused position, preferably in online advertising analysis-oriented role.
