Duties and Responsibilities:

 Successfully architect a compelling Web site that contains relevant information for our current customers, prospects, investors, press and analysts; implement the graphics standards; apply consistent navigation structure and user interaction design for the corporate Web siteStrategically map content on the Web site and maintain an up-to-date architectural Web mapEnsure that all Web links are active and not brokenMeasure and track number of site visitorsTrack success of Google and Yahoo key wordsDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to successfully interface with stakeholdersManage conceptual layout and establish color schemes that are in accordance with the corporation guidelines; have a strong understanding of Web page layout, design, graphicsDevelop online Web survey to measure success and obtain input and approval from various departmentsManage Web projects created by external vendors to ensure their quality and successful on-time completion Provide weekly/monthly project reports and manage task lists and deadlinesEnsure compliance with all SEC and other Federal regulations concerning quarterly, annual and Regulation G filings, releases, notices of conference calls, Webinars and transcriptsEnsure content delivers an accurate and effective presentation of the DataPath investment proposition to the shareholder, analyst and financial media audiencesEnsure all content is updated daily regarding stock prices, market indices, etc.

 

Core Requirements:

 Minimum of 8 years of experience in Web content managementBachelor?s Degree in Marketing or Business or related discipline required.Previous experience managing Web content and overseeing/managing agency and vendor relationships.  Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively interface with a wide-range of diverse audiencesExcellent oral and written communications skillsManage multiple projects simultaneously; detail oriented with a superior time management skill setStrong prioritization and time and project management skillsWillingness to learn, understand and communicate procedures, processes, guidelines and protocols related to the job.Excellent consensus building and time management skills Ability to meet deadlines and attention to project detailsSelf-motivated, organized, ability to multi-taskPositive team player  -- ability to work with a broad range and levels of personnel: executive level management, designers, vendorsFlexible under competing time requirements and changing deadlines.  Prepare, track and meet project schedules, reporting to management and product marketing team members ? ensuring that communication is frequent and bi-directionalDevelop activity reports to provide status on projects and resultsManage financial aspects of all projects from budgeting to overall outcomeMust be experienced with HTML, Java script, Macromedia Suite, MS Project, Excel and MS Office Suite
