Web Designer/ Coder

Bolger Creative, a Minneapolis design and marketing agency is seeking a Web designer / coder hybrid ? someone who can design for the Web as well as code. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Creating website design concepts, animated banners, graphics and illustrations for the Web, as well as design for some print pieces

- Coding in Macromedia Flash, HTML and formatting CSS, working with web applications as well as with internal and external technical developers

- Work with internal project management, copywriters and information architects to ensure project delivery on-time and in budget

Requirements:

3+ years experience in web design and development. Agency experience preferred. Some experience presenting creative ideas and concepts. Proficiency with Macromedia Dreamweaver, Flash and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign required.
