The Princeton Review?s is seeking an Assistant Director of Marketing and Operations for its newly opened West Palm Beach office. The Assistant Director is responsible for a multitude of operations areas, such as managing our teacher staff, ensuring course quality and providing excellent customer service.  Additionally the Assistant Director will be responsible for raising product awareness in the local area, developing and maintaining local high school partnerships and securing a strong relationship with local college clubs.  This one person office will work in conjunction with the Miami hub that is staffed with a bright, talented, fun group of people and with an extremely bright and achievement-oriented client base.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Outreach and Marketing:

? Coordination of community events to encourage enrollment

? Develop and maintain relationships with college student groups

? Develop and maintain relationships with high school and college counselors

? Build prospect database through Public Relations and Grassroots Marketing
? Conversion of prospects into students
? Create and execute annual marketing plan, based on corporate plan
? Produce/Order and manage distribution of marketing collateral

? Manage advertising placement in local media outlets and e-mail correspondence
? Manage all prospect list acquisition, mailing house and internal mailings
? Track marketing and sales in weekly reports

? Perform informational sessions about our products and services

? Recruit and hire teachers
? Manage day to day operations including P&L responsibility

 

Operations
- Supervise recruiting, hiring and managing of part-time teaching staff.
- Oversee all logistics for running our high school and graduate classroom courses.
- Ensuring course quality by distributing and retrieving course materials and administrative paperwork
- Student communication and services
- Delivering superior customer service
- Maintain consistent and positive communication with our students and teachers
- Answering phones and assisting prospects and students through course enrollment process (as does every full-time office staff employee)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- EXTREMELY strong organizational and planning skills
- Leadership and team motivation abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Aptitude for solving problems and making decisions with minimal supervision
- Willing to work evenings and/or weekends when needed
- Autonomous problem solver
- Possess strong time management skills.
