Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the eCommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for the direction, strategic planning, business operations and P&L results of the internet marketing operations of the company. The successful candidate will provide overall vision, direction and coordination of the company’s ecommerce marketing operations and will develop strategies for acquiring and retaining online customers. You must be comfortable developing and executing customer relationship management programs. We see the successful candidate as a partner with IT to develop and maintain effective ongoing technology requirements. You will create, track and analyze web-marketing campaigns, and will provide forecasts, budgets, and strategic reports to senior and executive leadership. You must be able to assess trends and competitors and to enhance competitive positioning, and negotiate applicable business arrangements. An ability to establish and oversee operational processes for internet marketing initiatives is required. Our client is looking for a polished candidate, one that is creative and sees the “big picture”, and offer a competitive salary at $100k or more plus an excellent full benefit plan.


 


 Qualifications:  5 years experience running an ecommerce site, including affiliate and email marketing, competitive analysis and web advertising.  Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Offices, and have prior experience evaluating, establishing, and managing relationships with technology and channel partners. Seeking a person that has superior communications skills, and can provide positive leadership.
