eCommerce Marketing Associate

One of America's fastest growing Internet retailers seeks an eCommerce Marketing Associate for immediate hire.

The E-Commerce Marketing Associate will have direct responsibility for several aspects of Marketing for the E-commerce Site.  This position is heavily focused on search engine optimization, establishment of pay per click programs, and general marketing responsibilities to help promote the site.


Minimum Qualifications:
? Pay Per Click and Search Engine Optimization experience required
? Very strong strategic / analytical thinking, as well as communication and management skills required

? Must be passionate about understanding customer behavior and be able to translate those findings into meaningful, actionable insight
? Applicants should have familiarity with and/or appreciation of CRM principles such as segmentation, customer loyalty programs, email campaigns, and data mining
? Able to interpret actionable data for a broad audience
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance required. Experience with marketing database management and database systems
? 2-3 years relevant ecommerce experience
? Candidates without previous E-commerce experience will NOT be considered
