:: Description:The Field Marketing Manager will assist with strategic planning, development and execution of all enterprise-focused marketing programs in the eastern region, including management of tactics designed to acquire new customers as well as mature existing opportunities in the sales cycle. This person has a clear vision for worldwide sales enablement and can bring together marketing expertise in enterprise software proficiency and vertical market solutions to execute on their vision. Must be comfortable with ambiguously defined problems, big challenges, and can balance strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution. :: Responsibilities:Manage and implement demand creation and lead generation activity to develop qualified sales leads and create brand awareness activities Forecast, measure and analyze impact of programs on sales cycles Regular interaction with peers requires superior development, presentation, and negotiation skills. This top performer must have marketing experience clearly identifying their ability to envision and deliver field marketing programs, and new business development in industry verticals. Particular experience in the financial services industry a plus. Research, recommend and drive targeted regional marketing plans to bring together corporate programs and regional opportunities, including but not limited to field events, executive programs, tradeshows, direct response, customer testimonials, industry associations and telemarketing  :: Required Skills/Experience:Bachelor or Masters level education, MBA preferred At least 5 years of high-tech marketing experience, preferably in a field facing role Knowledge of enterprise software solutions packaging, pricing, and sales processes Solid understanding of the variety of marketing disciplines including traditional and online CRM market experience preferred Demonstrated sustained program development with associated analytical tools
