:: Description:
Reporting to the Director of Global Services Marketing, primary efforts will include contributing to marketing strategy and development of services marketing programs for salesforce.com's offerings in consulting, training, support, alliances, community, and customer success to increase the sales and market success of the Successforce Services line.

Partner with Product Marketing Managers to ensure the appropriate positioning and descriptions of specific services within the solution sets, as well as work with global internal communications to ensure pro-active employee communication and continued education around services lines enhancements, strategy, etc.

:: Responsibilities:
- Perform customer analysis to identify opportunities for increased revenue opportunities in educational services
- Analyze research to determine best approach to overall positioning and messaging for salesforce.com's Successforce Services portfolio.
- Identify key differentiators of education services
- Package customers and partners services offerings across all Successforce Services business lines including consulting, training, and support.
- Collaborate with the Director of Global Services Marketing to produce pricing recommendations, business analysis, value propositions, and sales tools for all Successforce Services lines.
- Develop business planning and analysis presentations and reporting including pricing analysis, creating revenue and margin reports, measuring marketing campaign effectiveness, developing dashboards in the salesforce.com application, etc.
- Develop marketing strategy and campaigns for services offerings that generate services leads and new clients.

:: Required Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years of Big 4/Consulting experience
- Knowledge of CRM applications, market, & competition and services-based business models
- Strong creativity and innovation of positioning, messaging, differentiation, and go-to-market plans
- World-class content creation and communication: speaking, writing, and PowerPoint
- Must be a self starter that is comfortable working in a start-up paced software company.
