Job Summary:
An Associate Manufacturing Engineer supports all technical aspects of a project(s) relating to production including, design support (DFA/DFM), process development, production planning and Continuous Improvement of the production process.

Responsibilities to Include:
?Responsible for all manufacturing engineering matters relating to current production including maintaining schedule, reducing cost, identifying required facility improvements, design and procurement of tooling & equipment, development of required documentation, operator training, demonstrating process capability.
?In addition, all continuous improvement activities (supplier and internal) will be driven by the manufacturing engineer.

Education:
?BS in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial engineering is preferred.

Position Requirements:
?Candidate will have 0-4 years exp. with some manufacturing knowledge of continuous flow processes, in a medium to high volume manufacturing environment using Lean manufacturing tools.
?Aerospace, automotive or consumer product experience will be considered.
