Account Manager

Lufthansa Technik Component Services, a subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik -one of the world?s leading providers for aircraft related services, has an immediate opportunity for an Account Manager position, located in Miramar, FL.

 

As the Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for the customer and serve as liaison to Lufthansa Technik, including coordination between the production units and the customer. Additionally, you will be responsible for the contractual fulfillment and profit/loss of the account, ongoing improvements of processes and efficiency, status reporting to customer and internal management, and supporting or managing additional projects as required.  This position also includes AOG-Support, i.e. the candidate must be willing to be on call to support our customer. 

 

To deliver the best customer service, you will be based on-site at the customer headquarter.

 

We seek highly motivated, customer-minded professionals with customer service experience in the aviation industry.  The successful candidate will have a solid knowledge of customer service, accounting, material management, project skills, and be computer-literate and proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.  Must have strong communication skills, outgoing, well organized, be a team player and able to work independently under time constraints with a high degree of accuracy.  College degree and 3 years business experience preferred.

 

German language, SAP knowledge and aviation component background a plus.
