Administrative Assistant

SNC is seeking a dynamic Administrative Clerk with a min. of two years experience in a fast paced environment.

 

Candidates must possess the following:

Must be able to multitask and prioritize, with attention to detail and confidentiality

Skills required to provide clerical support for Admin projects, that includes, typing correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations as needed.

Must possess outstanding organizational skills

Must have excellent written and communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Back up receptionist support

Current Driver's License and transportation to run errands as necessary

 

 

Experience Required:

? One or more yrs. experience in busy, fast-paced office environment.

? Proficient in (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio/ Lotus Notes)

? Ability to work well under pressure.

? Must be flexible with workload and hours.

? Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously with interruptions.
