FUNCTION: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
LOCATION: Chantilly Operations - Chantilly, VA

EDUCATION REQUIRED: High school diploma required.

YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: The position requires four equivalent years of administrative experience in business administration. Three years experience credit for a Bachelor?s degree or four years credit for a relevant Master?s degree.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Applicant must be detail oriented, self-motivated, possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, and have good communication skills. Individual should be able to mult-task and be a team player. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/RESPONSIBILITIES: Individual will function as the receptionist and provide administrative support to general office functions. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, answering phones, greeting visitors, mail distribution, travel coordination, expense reports, purchase supplies, facilities and eqp maintenance, meeting/luncheon/social planning, copying/filing, accounts payable, assist and/or provide back-up support to other Administrators.
