Aerospace Engineer

Texas Aerospace Services is seeking an Aerospace Engineer to provide engineering support and direction for our military aerospace component repair and overhaul facility. You will support the production analysis, repair procedures, troubleshooting and testing of the components. Responsibilities: ? Assist technicians in repair procedures, troubleshooting and testing ? Develop and submit Source Approval Request for TAS customers. ? Analysis production jobs to assist in improving processes and profitability. ? Assist in the Interface with Customers and TAS Quality Assurance (QA) regarding Technical Manual issues. ? Assist in designing test fixtures or tooling required for contracts. Required Qualifications & Experience ? U.S. Citizenship ? B.S. degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or comparable education) ? 2+ years experience ? Strong written and verbal communications skills ? Proficient in all MS Office products; CAD software, reading of blue prints and CAD-based designs. ? Organized, timely, self-motivated and enjoys working with team.
