Aerospace - Planner/Scheduler - CSO

Parker Customer Support Operations (CSO) team is dedicated to providing the users of Parker Aerospace with premier service.  We are a repair and overhaul facility. Our employees are dedicated to providing a full spectrum of logistics support and repair services to our valued airline customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

We have an immediate opportunity for a Planner/Scheduler located in Irvine, CA.  The successful candidate will expedite production to ensure a continuous flow of materials and parts conform to the manufacturing schedule.  This will involve scheduling and coordinating the flow of work within or between departments, investigating and resolving material or part shortages and schedule delays, manage work in process (WIP) due dates, load assembly and test cells with daily demand, etc.

Requires high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of scheduling/expediting/planning experience.  APICS certification preferredMust have working knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), thorough understanding of shop floor control policies and procedures, able to create and execute customer delivery schedules. PC skills including Word, Excel and MRP system; able to multitask, work in a fast paced environment, effective communication and problem solving skills.
