Aftermarket Sales Manager

Rolls-Royce is pleased to announce an opening for a Aftermarket Sales Manager in our Seattle, WA facility.
The successful candidate will:
Work with customers and Rolls-Royce principals on new service concepts, Service and Partnering Agreements, Terms & Conditions, etc. Follow through sales projects from start to end. This may include basic steps of Project Management. Assist customers in concept studies for alternative solutions in up-grading of existing vessels. Have good knowledge of the Marine Industry. Have good knowledge of at least two of the following products: CP Propeller system, Tunnel Thrusters, Azimuth Thrusters, Hydraulic/Electric winches for fishing vessels, Medium speed Diesel Engines, Steering Gears and Rudders, Electronic Control systems for marine applications. Liaise with customers, naval architects and Rolls-Royce factories on issues related to improvement and upgrade potential of existing vessels. Perform marketing and sales of same equipment.
Position requirements include:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Marine Engineering or Equivalent.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in similar field preferred.
Personal Skills: High Energy and Drive, Result Oriented, Attention to Detail a must. Excellent Communication Skills. Computer literate.
