Associate Space Planner

Putnam Investments? downtown Boston office is seeking a Space Planner/CAD operator to assist the General Services division with corporate-wide space planning needs. General Services is responsible for approximately 750,000 square feet between its 3 sites.

This position will work closely with internal team members, internal clients and external vendors. The ideal individual will have at least 4 years related experience and strong architectural CAD skills. Must also possess strong time management skills, organizational skills and communication skills. Knowledge of building codes, furniture and experience in a corporate setting is preferred.

The majority of this role on a day-to-day basis will be working on AutoCAD and with team members to ensure project plans are accurate (ie: spacing/layout of a floorplan, cubes and offices etc.)

This position is Full-time (35 hours/week) Monday through Friday.
