CNC Operator Sr.

Responsibilities:  Under minimum supervision perform set-up and run of a KIWA CNC machining center for Tank Unit tube machining.  Deburr, clean and process tubes upon completion of machining operations.  First piece and lot inspection of finished parts using height gage, pin gages and micrometer.  Ability to read, understand and interpret blue prints.  Perform machine maintenance as required.  Ability to successfully pass the certified operator training program.  Experience with KIWA four axis machining center and Fanuc controller desired. 

 

 

Education/

Experience:   High School diploma and trade school or equivalent work experience.
