QualificationsMinimum 10 years experience with engineering methodologies and processes Hands-on experience with certification processes of the FAA and foreign authorities Experience in project management Understanding of regulatory requirements and processes related to foreign validation, with experience with EASA/JAA and Transport Canada processes especially beneficial Ability to work with and direct diverse, cross-functional teams Experience with operational certification in foreign countries




Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plans for foreign certification activities Coordinate and manage foreign certification activities with various Eclipse functional groups such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product Support, and Program Management Develop and maintain schedules for foreign certification activities Perform coordination activities with the FAA and foreign authorities on certification items Track and provide status on open certification issues, including presentations to Eclipse management and FAA Review certification documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and Eclipse policies and procedures
