The successful candidate will:

The contracts manager will support business operations channels by suggesting changes to and drafting routine commercial contract terms and conditions for technology services and software transactions.?????

Position requirements include:

BS degree and 3+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing and drafting a broad range of contracts. Experience with commercial contracts other than in a governmental capacity required. Strong communication skills including the ability to interface constructively and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines and while addressing multiple transactions and maintaining a high standard and attention to detail. Sound business judgment coupled with analytical ability necessary to achieve effective solutions.
Desired Knowledge & Skills:
Working knowledge of intellectual property law preferred. Masters' degree a plus. In-house experience a plus but not required.
