Education

Minimum; Bachelors degree (preferably in a business discipline); Alternatively; professional training and practical experience as a paralegal.


QualificationsDemonstrated knowledge of contracts, the contracting process and contracts administration.
Minimum 3-5 years of applicable contracts administration experience or work experience as a paralegal with commercial contracts.

Primary ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for contracts administration and customer interface specific to a substantial volume of contractual agreements related to the sale of aircraft, equipment and ancillary services. Has direct contact with internal and external customers and the FAA regarding finalizing details prior to aircraft delivery as well as coordinating efforts and activities across departmental lines related to final aircraft configuration, delivery and payment. Successful applicant must be a self-starter who can work with minimal direct supervision and who exhibits effective judgment and exceptional customer service skills. In this capacity the Contracts Administrator will work independently and as a member of various matrix teams. A high regard for business ethics are an absolute. This is not a sales position. The applicant/candidate is not responsible for drafting agreements, drafting contractual language or, for contract negotiations. Timeliness, multi-tasking and exceptional accuracy in work product is essential.
