This successful applicant will be responsible for negotiations for purchases and sales of company aircraft, as well as preparation, revisions, and closing of aircraft sales.  Additional responsibilities include preparation and administration of other miscellaneous contracts and agreements with customers and vendors, including aircraft leases and Master Service Agreements.  Also responsible for coordinating recordation?s and filings with all appropriate governmental agencies and databases.  Responsible for ongoing contract administration, organization, and post ? signature matters such as amendments, and coordination with outside and in-house counsel with regard to all of the above, as necessary.  Salary commensurate with experience.  Please include salary history with cover letter.  EEO Employer.
